Pug Origin

The Pug is of Chinese origin. They were prized possessions of the Emperors of China and lived in a most luxurious atmosphere. The Dutch traders brought the Pugs from the east to Holland and to England. The more refined Pug that we know today must be credited to the English. This happy little dog was enjoyed by many Monarchs of Europe and to this day is a favorite with royalty and discerning people all over the world. The American Kennel Club first recognized the breed in 1885. The Pug Dog Club of America was founded in 1931 and recognized by the AKC that same year.

Sleeping like a Baby

What a cute little baby. He likes to sleep with a blanket, so he won't get cold.

He also likes to sleep with his toys, so his brother doesn't steal them from him!

This is the puppies armchair. They like to sit here and wait til mommy comes home or bark at passing cars. They sit and look out the window.

The puppies like to sit on the arm of the chair and look down the hallway.

Amir likes to hang his paws like he is flying!

Goofing around

Bubba is wearing a handkerchief.

What a cute puppy!

What a goofy puppy! He didn't like the handkerchief very much.

Bubba's a fan of Coke

Bubba loves to chew on empty Coke bottles. But this day he decided to try a full bottle. He should be the official mascot for Coca Cola!

Amir or Yoda?

This is a great picture of Amir laying on his back. Although if you flip the picture upside down he looks like Yoda! What do you think?
